The team is collaborative, curious, and drawn to people who bring a can-do attitude to everything they touch.The OpportunityAs a Leasing Specialist, you will be the go-to advocate for homes across the Phoenix area, working in the field from the day a property is ready to market until the day a resident moves in. That means keeping homes show-ready, keeping leads warm, and getting leases signed on time.The WorkHome readiness:Act as the owner of each home's condition from the end of construction or renovation until move-in, using inspections, site visits, and onsite sparkle cleansVisit every home within 2 days of its release from construction to confirm it is ready to marketVerify that marketing photos are in place, the home is in showable condition, and access is not a problemLog maintenance needs that surface from prospect feedback or your own property walksSit down weekly with Revenue Management to talk pricing and any property concernsProspects and listings:Reach out to prospects every day by text, phone, and emailStay in touch before and after self-tours, and walk prospects through portal setup and onboardingFix self-showing errors and lead in-person showings when a prospect needs oneKeep the prospect dashboard precise and up to date within required timeframesConfirm each marketed home is live and syndicated to approved third-party sitesMove homes that pass 14 days on the market to the MLS, and keep statuses current through the application processLeases and move-ins:Complete lease agreements in your markets within the required timeframeLead in-person move-in orientations as neededFollow every local, state, and federal law and company policy in the leasing processOut in the field:Stand in for the company at eviction court, eviction lockouts, utility connections, and similar field tasksMaintain your real estate license, continuing education, and Board of Realtors/MLS membershipPick up other work your manager assignsThe Must Haves:You hold an active Arizona real estate licenseYou have at least 2 years of sales or marketing experience in property managementYou have a current, valid driver's licenseYou communicate clearly and warmly, whether by phone, email, in writing, or face to faceYou are comfortable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and in prospect and resident management systemsYou stay organized, manage your time well, and meet deadlines without cutting cornersYou are a self-starter who is passionate about customer service and energized by a fast paceWork Setup:Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend overtimeField-based travel to properties in your region, in a company-provided vehiclePerks:A company vehicleMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTOPaid volunteer days and mental health daysEqual Opportunities and Other Employment Statements: Our client is an equal opportunity employer and seeks to create a welcoming environment based on mutual respect, and to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.
