Role Description The Clinical Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Alameda, CA, responsible for overseeing clinical services and supporting multidisciplinary staff. This role includes providing clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians, interns, and trainees, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards of care. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with program leadership to review caseloads, monitor treatment plans, and support case management activities. Daily tasks include conducting case consultations, leading team meetings, providing crisis support, and ensuring documentation and reporting meet agency and regulatory requirements. The role also involves mentoring staff, contributing to training initiatives, and promoting a culture of wellbeing, equity, and continuous improvement in service delivery. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clinical supervision and supervisory skills, including mentoring, performance feedback, and team leadership. Candidates should possess expertise in psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis or other evidence‑based clinical frameworks relevant to community mental health. Candidates should possess case management skills, including care coordination, service planning, and collaboration with community resources. Candidates should possess the ability to provide trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and strengths‑based services to diverse individuals and families. Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; current clinical license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist) in California preferred or required as defined by program needs. Experience in community mental health, school‑based services, or family support programs, and familiarity with local systems of care. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with proficiency in electronic health records and basic office software.
