Clinical Management Manager

As a Clinical Manager you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Responsibilities Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions. Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization. Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence‑based pathways and workforce models; Travel. As needed, could be up to 80%. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients. Minimum of 2 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders. Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization. Exposure to EHR‑enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner). Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution. Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
