The Event Marketing Representative plays a vital role in coordinating and executing marketing efforts for domestic events ranging from small to medium sizes, typically hosting up to 500 attendees. This position involves high to moderate interaction with clients, focusing on traditional marketing channels to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives. The representative also manages vendor relationships and ensures seamless campaign execution to enhance customer satisfaction and event success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities for small to medium-sized domestic events
• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality event support
• Promote brand visibility through traditional marketing channels
• Generate leads and support sales efforts during events
• Execute marketing campaigns aligned with event goals
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance event experience
• Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure event success

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in event marketing and event planning
• GED or equivalent educational background
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Project and time management abilities
• Analytical thinking to assess campaign effectiveness
• Sales and customer service experience
