Office Sales Manager — Custom Apparel & Print Shop ONYX INK | Doral, FL | Hourly| On-site

ONYX INK is a growing custom apparel printing company specializing in screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and promotional items. We're moving into a larger production facility and looking for an Office Manager who can drive sales from the front of the house while keeping our operations organized. This role is an hourly role with more than 30 hours per week.

About the role

This is primarily an inside & outside sales role with office management responsibilities. You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling, emailing, or walking into our showroom — turning inquiries into orders and turning one-time customers into repeat accounts.

Your focus will be on upselling and account growth: a customer comes in for screen-printed t-shirts? You're showing them embroidered polos for their managers and DTF for their small-batch reorders. Outbound efforts will required on an as needed basis.

What you'll do

• Quote and close inside & outbound sales for screen print, DTF, and embroidery jobs
• Upsell additional decoration methods, garment upgrades, and add-on items
• Follow up on open quotes and nurture existing accounts (schools, teams, local businesses, corporate)
• Cold Outreach as needed
• Manage incoming orders from quote to delivery — order entry, art approvals, production scheduling, customer updates
• Be a helping hand in the warehouse if need be.
• Handle invoicing
• Order blanks and shop supplies, manage inventory
• Greet showroom visitors and represent ONYX INK professionally

Preferred Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a screen printing, embroidery, DTF, or decorated apparel shop (non-negotiable — we need someone who already speaks the language: ink colors, stitch counts, garment brands, Pantone matching, mockups, production minimums)
• Bilingual English/Spanish — required
• Proven sales experience with a track record of upselling and closing
• Highly organized — you can juggle 30+ open orders without losing track
• Proficient in learning our shop management software and QuickBooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working on-site in a production environment
• High Attention to detail

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva or basic art file prep
• Familiarity with embroidery digitizing workflows
• Existing contacts in the South Florida apparel/promo market
• Leadership experience
