Location: 500 Penn Center Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15235
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16.00/hour + $1.00/hour Overnight Shift Differential
Monthly Bonus Opportunity: Up to $616 based on performance metrics

 

Schedule:
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (2 weeks)

 

Regular Workdays: Friday through Tuesday

 

Available Shifts After Training:
9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
1:00 AM to 9:30 AM

This technology helps connect customers in areas where traditional internet services may not be readily available.

 

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will assist customers with account-related inquiries, technical support needs, and service plan recommendations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position combines customer service and sales responsibilities in a fast-paced call center environment.

 

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with equipment activation, password resets, account management, billing inquiries, and service plan questions.
Educate customers on available products, services, and plan options.
Create positive customer experiences through empathy, active listening, and effective problem-solving.
Process service orders and customer account updates accurately.
Meet or exceed established sales, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
Collaborate with leadership and training teams to continuously improve product knowledge and performance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, telecommunications, or a call center environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to explain technical information in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers.
Comfortable working with multiple computer applications and systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
