Workshops Empowerment Inc. is seeking an Employment Specialist to coordinate and support employment services for individuals living with disabilities in Birmingham, Alabama. This full-time position involves job development, placement, and retention, and requires excellent communication skills along with a commitment to empowerment. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals and local employers to facilitate meaningful employment outcomes and maintain effective documentation and compliance practices.
