Position Overview
Our client is seeking a strong Quality Engineer with hands-on Playwright experience to support the validation and quality assurance of AI-driven claims solutions. The role will focus on building effective test strategies, validating AI/ML and automation workflows, and ensuring quality across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
The engineer will work closely with engineering, AI, business, and platform teams to improve test coverage, reduce defects, and increase release confidence across multiple Lines of Business.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Quality Engineering, QA Automation, or Test Engineering .
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
- Strong programming/scripting experience with Python .
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience validating APIs, workflows, and data-driven systems .
- Strong understanding of defect management, test planning, and release validation.
- Experience with QA automation frameworks, validation tools, and quality metrics.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments.
- Experience testing complex applications, integrations, and business workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Other:
- Experience working with AI/ML-enabled solutions or automation workflows.
- Experience with Claims or insurance-related applications.
- Experience working across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Exposure to responsible AI testing, model validation, or AI-driven workflow testing.
