Product Marketing Manager - Home Appliances

Job Summary The product marketing manager is responsible for supporting brand management of our Refrigerator category. Core focus areas include product management, product positioning, market strategies, product planning and line up, pricing and channel management, customer relationships, forecasting and key metrics attainment. Be the segment expert in the category for industry trends, regulatory issues, competition moves pricing and other marketing intelligence analysis and share consumer and buyer insights. Achieve targeted revenues (Price and Quantity) and Net Profit. Forecast accurately and take necessary action to meet aged inventory target. Assist in the development of the business plan for the category; execute USA specific category strategies and plans. Coordinate product planning across the matrix with R&D, design and quality; identify opportunities for potential NPD; develop local line-up logic, product positioning, and price strategies. Support key accounts management and sales Rep management in product sell- in, assist in developing channel and flooring strategy for new product launches; prepare for product line reviews. Manage the new product launch process, drive the brief for marketing communications and retailer/ distributor activation, ensure readiness to launch all supporting assets, including digital, prepare product material to support the field training teams. Manage the product lifecycle, including sell-through strategies, promotional budgets, PSI alignment, and end-of-life transitions. Own category product marketing for sales and distributor teams with technical information; support launch efforts for future product plans. Coordinate with HQ the necessary technical requirements for US Market. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in business or related discipline. Strong background in financial planning, marketing strategy, product positioning, sales planning, competitive analysis, customer insights, product development, and client relationship management. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product or brand management; at least 3 years in the home appliance industry required. Office-based work environment; may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
