Job Title
In order to be eligible for hire, one must be able to perform different tasks in the shop. This position includes but not limited to cleaning and maintaining the shop to company standards, following all food and safety regulations, and serving food that meets our quality standards. Additionally, one must assist in the kitchen with food preparation. Complete duties will be assigned at training by management. A.L. Prime expects all its cooks to show up to work on time and greet all customers with respect and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Experience in cooking Spanish food
- Ability to respectfully communicate with all people.
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Complete tasks in timely manner
- Walk and stand for the whole shift
- Work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to read and understand labels, directions, menus, and other safety manuals.
- ServSafe certification
