Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Part-Time Pizza Maker to join the BSB&G team at our location in Tewksbury. This position requires experience in operating a stone oven as well as hand stretching dough. You will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, efficient, and committed to creating an excellent pizza for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Opening & closing procedures as applicable
• Set up the station with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare food and present it to standard
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management  

  Qualifications: 

• Required to work Saturdays
• At least 2 years of experience with pizza stretching and preparation
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (not required)
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Reliable and punctual
