Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a nationwide addiction recovery organization that has been caring for its clients for over 50 years. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Program Manager opportunity near Ocala, FL. This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on a commitment to quality service to its clients.

Position: Program Manager

Program Manager Location: near Ocala, FL

Program Manager Duties:

• Oversight and management of assigned counselors and caseload.
• Provide ongoing training regarding clinical policies and procedures.
• Review and develop treatment plans. Ensure that all treatment plans are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.
• Ensure client charts comply with accrediting agencies using E.H.R.
• Complete all documentation requirements as designated per contract standards.

Program Manager Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• QP or CAP Needed
• 2+ Years of addiction treatment preferred
