United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Bartenders to join their team at Bar Symon located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails; demonstrating solid bartending skills and maintaining knowledge of drink recipes and bar offerings; taking accurate orders, processing transactions, and ensuring timely service; providing friendly, attentive, and professional guest interactions; maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations; following all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards; supporting inventory management and restocking of bar supplies; and accurate money handling.

Job requirements include standing for long periods, routinely lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and moving quickly in tight spaces, being legally able to work in the U.S., passing a federal background check, executing tasks independently, learning and memorizing tasks effectively, maintaining concentration and focus on tasks, performing tasks in small or restrictive spaces, and working in or around large crowds.
