Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia
• Assess and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and provide post-operative care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding recovery procedures

Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Active RN license in the state of Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous experience in PACU or critical care environment preferred
