Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized Dispatcher for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Dallas, TX within the energy and utilities industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, scheduling, multitasking, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate service appointments, communicate with customers, support field technicians, and help ensure each job is handled efficiently from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a helpful attitude.
- Schedule, confirm, and update daily service appointments.
- Dispatch and route technicians to customer locations and job assignments.
- Communicate schedule changes, delays, and appointment updates to customers and field teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and appointment details.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18 to $20 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday daytime schedule.
