Description
Welcome to Louisville, the land of "Bourbon" and home of Disco Ball. Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is a staple in the area, operating for over 50 years. Mr. Wyler started with a small Chevy store in the 70's. He has grown his brand to over 50 dealerships ranking in the top 50 Dealer Groups in the United States. One of few that is still family owned.
It is an honor that I have worked for the family for almost 12 years. We are looking to add more to our team. We are searching for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor who's ready to work with the best in the business. After all, we have top-tier training, high compensation packages and tons of career progression.
Here's the deal, Your goals are clear:
- Maintain hours per RO around 1.5
- Drive customer pay sales over $80,000 monthly.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance benefits.
- A mindset for delivering exceptional service experiences.

Qualifications
To be considered you will need:
- Valid driver's license.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Complete and pass background check and drug screening.
- Meet motor vehicle record requirements.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
- Be able to perform in fast pace environment
