Remote Career is looking for a full‑time Data Entry Specialist in our Accounts Payable Department. Responsibilities Manual entry of AP invoices into the accounting system Scanning of invoices and coding them to vendor/job Managing online submitted invoices Input credit card reconciliation into the accounting system Fast and efficient data entry (typist required – 90% data entry) Knowledge of accounts payable preferred, but not required Experience in the construction industry preferred, but not required 100% in‑office position Hours: 7:30 – 4:30 Occasional assistance with phones for lunch coverage or when the Receptionist is out of the office Proof of vaccination required Additional Information Remote Career is located in Long Island City, Queens – easily accessible by the 7, N, W, R, E, M, and F trains.
