What You'll Do

As a  Remote Customer Service Team Manager , you'll balance client-facing responsibilities with team leadership and professional development.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support developing representatives

• Help new team members successfully transition through training and development

• Conduct virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and development calls

• Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance standards

• Monitor individual and team progress

• Provide constructive coaching and performance feedback

• Help representatives strengthen communication and client-service skills

• Encourage accountability, consistency, and professional growth

• Identify leadership potential and help develop future team leaders

• Create a positive, collaborative, and performance-focused remote culture

Client Service & Benefits Support

• Connect with individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer client questions clearly and professionally

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Provide ongoing client service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

Qualified Client Opportunities — No Traditional Cold Calling

Representatives work with individuals and families who have  requested information regarding available benefit programs .

This allows you and your team to focus on:
