Shape the future of young learners as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working with PreK through 5th grade students. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide speech services at an elementary setting for 35 hours a week throughout the academic year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license in Maryland
• Prior experience in Maryland school settings strongly preferred
• Background working with elementary-aged students (PreK-5th grade)
• Comfortable managing a caseload providing approximately 60 service hours monthly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt between onsite and virtual (VOCO) service delivery if needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language services to elementary students in PreK through 5th grade
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support each student's progress
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all services delivered
• Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to student and school needs
• Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress reports
