Make a meaningful impact supporting students in elementary settings by providing expert speech-language pathology services for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity begins in late August and continues through mid-June, with a flexible structure that prioritizes onsite support but remains open to qualified teletherapy professionals as well.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license issued in Maryland
• Prior experience working in Maryland schools strongly preferred
• Solid background supporting PreK-5th grade populations
• Comfortable administering 60 service hours per month in elementary environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Adaptability to work onsite or virtually as needed

Your Role:

• Deliver speech-language therapy for elementary students (PreK-5th) based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders
• Document progress, adjust interventions, and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, IEP conferences, and school initiatives
• Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and professional standards

This contract assignment features a consistent 35-hour workweek, allowing you to dedicate focused attention to student needs while enjoying predictable scheduling.
