Join a growing manufacturing operation as a Maintenance Technician Lead and play a critical role in keeping high-speed production equipment running at peak performance. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, train, and support maintenance team members on 2nd shift Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns and production line calls Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Complete preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime Assist with installation, startup, and optimization of manufacturing equipment Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills Experience repairing, maintaining, and installing manufacturing equipment High-speed automation experience required Proven ability to lead, mentor, supervise, and train others Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed Employee Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
