About The Job

As Senior Manager of Growth Operations, you will be a key player in building the operating system behind our growth engine. You will report directly to the Director of Growth Ops. You will be responsible for ACV forecasting and deal intelligence—the core analytical work that allows the company to scale, resource effectively, tell our growth story to investors, and make critical decisions across the business. You will translate complex data and contract dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. This role requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity. You will be part of a rapidly expanding team and have significant opportunity to grow as the function scales.

What You'll Do

• Own pipeline and ACV forecasting methodology, accuracy and reporting across in-year and long-range plans
• Develop a deep understanding of individual deals and the government contracting process to proactively surface risks, timing shifts, and potential upside opportunities
• Partner closely with Business Development, Strategy, FP&A, and Analytics to turn data into clear, decision-oriented insights for leadership
• Support monthly executive reporting on performance, risks, and priorities
• Work with our Stats team to strengthen predictive models and forecasting rigor
• Support CRM data quality and process improvements in partnership with the broader team
• Contribute to team initiatives that improve BD efficiency and execution
• Help shape and grow the Growth Operations function as the team scales
• Identify gaps, remove friction, and continuously improve how we operate

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Equity Research, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or similar analytical operating roles
• Experience managing reporting for complex B2B or government/defense contracting environments
• Experience owning forecasting processes and operational planning
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives through execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders
• Ownership mindset with a bias towards action
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and make sound judgment calls
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in defense tech, aerospace, or government contracting environments
• Hands-on experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Experience contributing to revenue forecasts in a high-growth company
• Experience with predictive analytics or advanced data tooling

US Salary Range

$146,000 - $194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
