Apply today and let's build something great together!What qualifications will make you successful?Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) is desired3 to 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operation, or industrial engineeringStrong desire to work with people, on the manufacturing floor and with customer interface, excellent follow-up, and execution skills.Demonstrated analytical skills with data, problem resolution and project management.Proven leadership ability with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teamsStrong problem-solving skills that address both routine and complex operational challengesExcellent communication skills that bridge technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborative mindset that fosters trust and drives results across departmentsAt Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
