Senior Analyst, CNC Machine Programming

Globus Medical seeks an experienced Senior Analyst in CNC machine programming to fabricate prototypes and production components for medical devices. The role involves operating precision machining equipment, mentoring staff, and supporting product development from concept through manufacturing in a second-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machining equipment to fabricate prototypes, test parts, and low-volume production components
• Train and mentor new employees on machining processes, equipment operation, and departmental procedures
• Provide technical machining expertise in design meetings and support product development initiatives
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot all machines and measurement equipment to ensure reliable operation
• Support process and tooling development to improve manufacturing operations

Requirements

• 10+ years machining, tool and die, or model-making experience in medical device industry
• Extensive experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and EDM machines
• Proficiency with Mastercam or equivalent CAM software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to develop machining solutions and contribute to design improvements
• Self-directed work style with minimal supervision needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
