Job Details

*** MAIN TAKE AWAY: *** The machines this individual would be expected to operate are Haas VF-2 and VF-3 mills. They also have a Haas ST-30 and a TL-2 lathe; familiarity with these machines would be beneficial, though it is not required.

• Precision Machining: Produce precision machined parts by setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Programming Expertise: Program mills by entering detailed instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation, with a strong grasp of geometric dimensions, tolerances, and basic math principles.
• Machinery Setup: Install and adjust tools, attachments, and fixtures, verifying settings and ensuring the accuracy of first-run parts and sample work pieces.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring the continuous operation of work centers.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to and enforce strict quality assurance procedures, maintaining detailed records and ensuring all production releases and quality sign-offs are completed accurately.
