Each individual plays a critical role in our success! Position Summary Residential leasing consultant, full‑time, location: Denton, TX. Compensation: $17.00–$18.35 per hour plus commission. Key Role Responsibilities Effectively communicate on a day‑to‑day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours. Orchestrate new leases and lease renewals. Follow up with prospective residents. Assist in off‑site and on‑site marketing. Respond to resident concerns. Meet with the Property Manager daily to submit reports and review ideas to promote leasing results. Provide support to other leasing consultants. Ideal Candidate 2 years in sales or property management experience (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. Committed to continuous learning to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations. Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state.
