• Drive leasing activity across a portfolio of residential properties
• Convert leads into signed leases through strong sales execution
• Conduct property tours and build urgency with prospects
• Follow up consistently and close deals
• Track performance and hit leasing targets

• Highly motivated, competitive individuals who want to earn based on performance

• Strong communicators who can influence and close
• Individuals who take ownership and don’t need to be micromanaged

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to travel between properties in Madison
• Strong sales mindset and work ethic
• Weekend availability during peak leasing season

• Base pay + high commission structure
