Some of which includes shelving, racks, cabinets, lockers, and workbenches that can be found in homes, garages, warehouses, and commercial facilities. Their products are sold through major retailers, e-commerce channels, and industrial distributors across North America, and have seen tremendous growth over the last decade! The Successful Applicant Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Proven ability to communicate information, expectations and feedback in both written and verbal mediums Proven leadership in one or more of the following areas; steel punching, roll forming, welding, dip and powder paint lines, automated and manual packing line environments. Experience maintaining safety standards of equipment and work area Understanding of ERP systems a plus Experience managing teams of 30+ people 3+ years of manufacturing experience (steel preferred) Strong technical/computer skills What's on Offer Compensation up to $85,000 (DOE) Discretionary bonus Medical, dental, and vision Unlimited PTO More!
