Investment Operations Analyst @ Family Office

Responsibilitie Support day-to-day middle office operations across a portfolio of alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets Coordinate the onboarding of new funds, investment managers, and service providers Prepare and distribute investor and portfolio reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Monitor capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions while maintaining accurate investment records Reconcile investment activity and work closely with fund administrators, custodians, and external managers to resolve operational issues Assist with cash management, transaction processing, and investment documentation Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Investment teams to support reporting and operational initiatives Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance operational control Support ad hoc projects related to portfolio management, reporting, and systems enhancement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 4+ years of experience in middle office, investment operations, fund operations, or portfolio operations within a family office, asset manager, fund administrator, or alternative investment firm Experience supporting alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, or real assets Strong understanding of fund structures, capital activity, and investment lifecycle even Advanced Excel skills and experience working with investment accounting or portfolio management systems Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to deta Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Coda Search│Staffing
