Leave of Absence Specialist Direct Hire | Santa Fe Springs, CA | $80,000-$95,000 Overview We're partnering with a fast-paced retail/fashion organization seeking a Bilingual Leave of Absence Specialist to join their growing HR team. This position will be highly employee-facing and responsible for managing the full leave administration process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience managing leave programs internally and be well-versed in California leave regulations.
