Business Development Representative

The Job Center Staffing

The Job Center Staffing is hiring a high-performance Outside B2B Sales Hunter to drive net-new client acquisition in the Plainfield market.

This is a true field-based, revenue-producing role. It is not inside sales. It is not account management. This is for a producer who thrives on prospecting, building pipeline from scratch, and closing new business.

You will focus on expanding market share across light industrial and workforce solutions, supported by a strong recruiting and operations team dedicated to fulfillment and service delivery.

Compensation & Support

• $70K-$75K base salary (First year projected earnings $78K to $83K+)

• Uncapped commission structure

• Strong OTE upside for top producers

• Full recruiting and operational support
