Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their unique coverage needs and lifestyle goals.
• Prepare personalized insurance quotes that offer meaningful protection for families and businesses.
• Review existing client accounts to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with members of our Indiana community.
• Handle client questions and concerns with patience, accuracy, and a helpful spirit.
• Collaborate with our small team to reach collective agency goals and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty insurance license.
• Proven track record of managing and growing an insurance book of business.
• Strong comfort level with computers, CRM software, and digital record-keeping.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills when explaining complex policy details.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with agency management systems is a plus.
