Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative outpatient primary care practice in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.Location: Saddle Brook, NJJob Type: Part-TimeSchedule: 2 days per week, 9:00 AM-5:00 PMPractice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care / Family MedicineKey ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions.Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate.Provide preventive care, wellness assessments, patient education, and health counseling.Perform follow-up visits and monitor patients' treatment outcomes and overall health.Deliver patient-centered care to adolescents and adults, with opportunities to see pediatric patients.Patient Population & Practice EnvironmentPrimarily patients aged 15 and older.Opportunity to support the expansion of pediatric services.Approximately 20-25 patients per day, with roughly half of visits conducted through telehealth.No on-call responsibilities, night shifts, or weekend requirements.Required QualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.Active and appropriate New Jersey medical license.At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in family medicine, primary care, or a related specialty.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.Experience managing acute and chronic medical conditions.Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.Current BLS/ACLS certification, as applicable.BenefitsHealth insurance.Paid time off (PTO).401(k) retirement plan.Pension plan.Profit-sharing opportunities.Continuing education and professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
