The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. In this position, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and order information while building strong customer relationships. You will also identify upselling opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. Full-time schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Shifts: 1st Shift. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $22.60 - $28.20 / hour

Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, products, pricing, availability, and shipping
• Provide accurate product information, specifications, and recommendations
• Process and coordinate Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs)
• Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Provide updates on order status, deliveries, and related requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to support decision-making and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and support sales efforts

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle routine issues independently
• Excellent communication skills for effectively exchanging information with customers and team members

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $22.60 - $28.20 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
