Westin Air is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Sunbury, Ohio. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. We don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics; we look for technicians who take pride in accurate troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and providing trustworthy recommendations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Repair: Perform complete troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air quality systems).
• Customer Service: Communicate technical issues clearly and honestly with homeowners, providing solutions that align with our "do the right thing" philosophy.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct thorough annual inspections and seasonal tune-ups to keep systems operating at peak efficiency.
• Quality Standards: Perform clean, code-compliant repairs and installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
• Documentation & Safety: Accurately log work completed, parts used, and system diagnostics; maintain safety protocols on all job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential/light commercial HVAC service and troubleshooting.
• Certifications: EPA 608 Universal Certification required. NATE certification is a strong plus (or willingness to obtain with our support).
• Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of electrical schematics, refrigerant flow, and mechanical systems.
• Integrity & Communication: Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude guided by honesty and dependability.
