Senior Plant Controller Voor haar klanten is catalize permanent op zoek naar ervaren Interim Managers voor de positie van Senior Plant Controller. Als Senior Plant Controller ben je in de productie-omgeving verantwoordelijk voor de beheerscontrole van de kostenzijde in het productieproces. Je maakt de budgetten op a.d.h.v. historische parameters en kost analyses. Vervolgens meet en analyseer je de variantie tussen de actuals en de gebudgeteerde kosten. Jij staat ook in voor de optimalisatie van de procedures en processen om varianties te verminderen en initieert kostenbeperkende maatregelen. Verantwoordelijkheden Verantwoordelijk voor behoud en verdere ontwikkeling van de kostenbeheersing binnen het productieproces. Opstellen van budgets gebaseerd op historische gegevens en kostanalyses. Meten en analyseren van variaties tussen werkelijke kosten en geplande kosten. Optimalisatie van procedures en processen om varianties te verminderen. Initiëren van kostenbeperkende maatregelen om de winstgevendheid te vergroten. Qualificaties Gedegen ervaring als Plant/Manufacturing/Cost Controller in productiebedrijven.
