ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $60K–$70K + quarterly bonus
I’m hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an established team in Indianapolis.
This is an opportunity for someone with dedicated AR experience who knows the day-to-day work of keeping receivables accurate, organized, and moving.
What you’ll do
- Manage accounts receivable activities and customer accounts
- Process and maintain receivable records accurately
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections
- Research and resolve account discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation and account information
- Work with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues
- Support accurate and timely month-end AR processes
What we're looking for
- Dedicated accounts receivable experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
