Please contact us to request accommodation.ResponsibilitiesWhat will I be doing:Welcoming and greeting Owners and Guests.Checking Owners and Guests in and out, following all standards and requirements.Performing all transactions related to an Owner or Guest stay.Provide Inspired Hospitality and assist owners and guests with special requests to ensure memorable experiences.Use empowerments to resolve and follow up on owner and guest challenges to Make It Right.Exemplify our Hilton Values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now.Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders, contact respective departments, and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion.Prepare and maintain a clean and fully stocked work area.Responding to Owner and Guest calls, inquiries, and requests in person, via phone and/or via text message.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsWhat are we looking for:Proficient English languageAbility to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.Minimum 1 Yr Guest Service experience.Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.Preferred, but not required:Front Desk/Guest Services AgentCredit card transactionsHospitality experience in a Resort settingMicrosoft Word, Teams, Excel Hilton Grand Vacations
