Job Overview A law firm seeks a Traditional Labor Associate to join their team in Seattle, WA. This hybrid position can be based in either Portland, OR or Seattle, WA. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Oregon or Washington. Duties Support the labor and employment practice group. Engage in collective bargaining and labor arbitrations. Handle unfair labor practice litigation. Participate in union campaigns and representation matters. Requirements 3+ years of traditional labor law experience. Licensed to practice law in Oregon or Washington. Excellent academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Oregon or Washington. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
