Dulles Health & Rehab Center, in Herndon, VA, has an opportunity for a dynamic RN Unit Manager to join our team of caring compassionate caregivers. You will:

• Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations
• Help lead our nursing team to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Current RN license in good standing in VA
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills
• Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery
• Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
• CPR Certification
• A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients' lives
