Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Driving marketing programs for online subscriptions, the full-time Senior Digital Product Marketing Specialist will manage email marketing, digital campaign strategies, and audience segmentation to enhance awareness and engagement for USP-NF and related products in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end email marketing and lifecycle programs, optimizing automated nurture journeys and tracking program health metrics Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for customer lifecycle stages, producing audience-specific content and campaigns Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement and maintaining accurate documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or email marketing in a B2B or subscription context Hands-on experience with lifecycle email programs, including nurture flows and renewal journeys Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo Experience marketing a subscription or renewable product, including retention and lifecycle analytics
