A premier destination hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations and ensure every aspect of the guest experience meets the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Leadership Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
- Brand hotel experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or similar nationally recognized hotel brands
- Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
Technical & Operational Expertise:
- Current or recent experience using Opera Cloud PMS
- Strong understanding of all hotel operations and departments
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to step into any operational role when needed
Professional Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
