Job Title: Associate Wealth Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid – in-office Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (base, plus annual bonus)

As an Associate Wealth Manager, you'll provide holistic wealth planning and guidance to high-net-worth client families — with a clear path toward becoming a Wealth Manager (advisor). You'll join a growing Bellevue-based team at an employee-owned, independently operated wealth management firm that's been serving affluent families and businesses since 1996.

Your Contributions Will Include:

\n

Wealth Planning

\n

\n
• Provide holistic wealth planning services to clients, including tax, estate, wealth transfer, cash flow, retirement, and Social Security planning
\n
• Contribute to the firm's Wealth Strategy Group body of knowledge and client communications
\n

\n

Client Relationships

\n

\n
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new client families; initiate frequent communication, facilitate meetings, present information, and educate clients on various topics
\n
• Cultivate relationships with clients' other advisors (attorneys, CPAs, bankers)
\n

\n

Investment Management

\n

\n
• In conjunction with the team's Portfolio Manager, establish and plan for each client's goals, objectives, risk tolerance, and cash requirements
\n

\n

Business Development

\n

\n
• Develop leads and referrals, meet with prospective clients to present proposals, and identify additional opportunities with existing clients
\n

\n

\n

Required Experience & Skills:

\n

\n
• CFP® designation and 3+ years of experience independently producing and presenting financial plans
\n
• 5+ years of wealth management experience, including client relationship management
\n
• Proficiency with eMoney or MoneyGuide Pro
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
\n
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio management (or similar systems)
\n
• Interest in acquiring and practicing business development skills
\n
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
