Pay: $22.50/hr for 1st Shift and $23.00/hr for 2nd Shift.
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM; 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM.
Job Overview: We're seeking skilled welders to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding on steel products while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.
Responsibilities: Perform welding and fabrication tasks on steel products; read tape measures, blueprints, and shop drawings; complete basic math calculations for accurate fabrication; grind, fit, and assemble components as needed; maintain a safe and efficient work environment; meet quality and production goals.
Qualifications: Welding experience required and ability to pass a weld test; strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math; blueprint reading and fabrication experience preferred; aluminum welding experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
