Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and being part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to helping keep our equipment and facility operating at peak performance. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime Diagnose issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and productivity Assist with building and grounds maintenance as needed Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, or HVAC systems Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Team player who accepts feedback and enjoys working collaboratively Continuously improvement mindset Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the day Why Join Lakeside?
