Sr. Technical Program Manager, Talent Acquisition

Salary: $148,700 - 201,200 per year Requirements:

• We expect 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management
• We expect 7+ years of direct collaboration with engineering teams
• We expect 3+ years of software development experience
• We expect 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams
• We expect experience leading programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
• Preferred: 5+ years of project management discipline experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
• Preferred: Experience managing projects across cross-functional groups, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
• Preferred: Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses and report to senior leadership

• We lead end-to-end planning and execution for complex technical initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to build roadmaps that advance hiring technology
• We translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and work closely with engineering teams to deliver them successfully
• We manage the full program lifecycle, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track
• We create clear status updates, facilitate decision-making sessions, and align stakeholders when priorities or viewpoints differ
• We define and validate project scope and requirements, while addressing gaps across teams, processes, and system architecture to support organizational goals
