The Hotel Manager oversees daily hotel operations, including front desk and guest services, housekeeping coordination, and food and beverage activities, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a great steppingstone position between AGM and GM as they lead, trains, and supports hotel team members, maintains compliance with safety and quality standards, and handles escalated guest concerns in a timely, professional manner. The position requires regular collaboration with ownership and corporate leadership to report results, implement initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the property. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service. Lead, train, schedule, and support hotel team members. Coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage operations. Handle guest concerns and escalations professionally. Maintain safety, quality, and brand standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue performance. Work with ownership, corporate leadership, and sales teams to achieve hotel goals. Qualifications Previous hotel management or hospitality experience. Strong leadership and customer service skills. Experience with hotel operations, budgeting, and sales. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Front desk and property management system experience preferred.
