Job Details Job Type: Travel Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical-Surgical Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele) Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Hours Per Week: 36 Contract Length: 18 weeks Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130 Setting: On-site hospital nursing environment Start Date: September 25, 2026 Job Requirements Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required NIHSS certification preferred or required per unit standards Reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the last 12 months Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Strong communication skills and confidence working in a team-based acute care setting Must meet specialty experience requirements for this Ohio travel RN role Responsibilities Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients in an acute care hospital Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition promptly Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to established standards of care Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and efficiently in the medical record Respond to evolving patient needs in a fast-paced medical-surgical telemetry environment Support unit workflow, patient safety, and quality care initiatives Why Join This Travel Nursing Opportunity?
