Remote Revenue Cycle Assistant

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Revenue Cycle Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing, helping healthcare organizations keep claims and payments moving efficiently through the billing cycle.
This role is perfect for someone interested in how patient accounts flow from registration to final payment. You’ll gain real experience supporting multiple stages of the cycle, including claims review, payment posting preparation, and account auditing.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with claim review and account updates
- Monitor payer responses and identify next steps
- Help prepare reports for billing and collections teams
- Update insurance and demographic information
- Follow HIPAA and privacy standards
