ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2003 and currently work alongside two team members. State Farm has truly been a family business for us, and that long-standing connection to the company has shaped how I run my agency today-with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and doing right by both customers and the team.
I'm a graduate of Bradley University and outside the office you'll usually find me hunting, fishing, or golfing. That same balance carries into our workplace-we work hard, but we also enjoy ourselves and don't take things too seriously all the time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Darrell Rains - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
